Advise on how long in a day should I wear it???

I wear it pretty much all day and take it off at night before bed. If it starts to get uncomfortable, I would take it off then, but It's up to you how long you want to wear it.

Was wondering if I could wear this comfortably with a dress. My torso is longer than most and shape wear looks weird on me.

Yes you can, depending on how the dress is made. I would wear a stretchy undershirt on top of it.

is this a sweat band? Or just snatcher? Use it to workout??

I wouldn’t suggest trying to workout in it.. It is just what it is and that’s snatching those love handles

Shoud this be washed before use? Mine smells like vinegar.

Yes, I don’t use mine though. I wanted to return it but I threw away the packaging. I don’t like how it fits around my waist.
