This thing does what it's "supposed to do.." in the most basic terms. But in my case, some of the screws were incorrect sizes for standard vesa mounts. The threading on the correct sized screws were outta whack... And the caps to said screws were smaller than the opening holes on the mount... Forcing you to use a washer which... Big surprise... Was also to large for the cap of the screws.The metal frame is fine.Every single other part of this product, is an absolute nightmare, and feels like solving a riddle just to get it to connect.But from somewhere else, or prepare yourself by getting your own screws and washers beforehand.

Be careful when tightening the screws to secure the TV. The tabs holding the screws are very thin and they bent a little because I tightened them too much. They don't need to be tight. No chance of the TV coming off, but it was disappointing as I had to loosen the screws, take the TV off the bracket and straighten the tabs. Once that was done and I tightened the screws only as far as necessary, everything is okay.

The quality of this product is superb. The metal is without a doubt strong enough to support whatever weight it is designed for. The assembly encountered only one hitch, and that was the size of the flat washers was too large in diameter so I switched to split washers for under the lag bolts. Otherwise a flat spot could be created with a file to make it fit the tight location where it is used. 4½ stars.

This is really lightweight. Bought it for a TV in the motorhome. Fits fine, but hope with the traveling and bouncing around it stays put. Screws on the bottom are not designed well. If it holds up, it's a great deal.

This is a very small tv wall mount. It is important to not that the mount is not wide enough to mount on 2 wall studs that are standard 16” o.c. You are left with mounting it on one stud with only two lag screws (supplied). My 22” LED monitor is secure, but I would never mount a TV larger than about 27” on this unit. I gave this two stars because of the claim that it can be used to safely mount a TV for up to 42”. I feel that is simply not the case. I would give it 4 stars for mounting TVs up to 27”.
