This is by far the best supplement for vitamin D3 including vitamin K2 Vitamin K2 may help prevent calcium buildup in the arteries and heart valves by activating a protein that inhibits calcification. However, recent studies have shown that vitamin K2 supplements did not significantly slow calcium buildup in heart valves during clinical trials.

Excellent formulation in mct oil and a good value for the quality. I appreciate that it has vitamin K2 in both MK-7 and MK-4, and in its trans form which is most bioavailable and needed to ensure calcium doesn’t just get absorbed, but directed to where it needs to go. Vitamin A is also in a dose that is well below the upper tolerable limit but sufficient to end deficiency. Most people do not consume retinol palmitate, but rather the inactive forms that require the body to work to be able to use them. Since those forms require modification, the body only really uses them on an as required basis. And that’s assuming you don’t have any defects that hinder vitamin A synthesis. Vitamin A also works well with D. If deficient, some people notice a mood increase when they start supplementing vitamin D. I’ve been using vitamin D for a few years now and, while I missed the memo to look out for that specifically, it probably does. I’m in a much better place now than I was then and I don’t plan on stopping my D supplementation. If I had any gripes, I only wish that they made a 10k IU version. All the same stuff, only 10k IU vitamin D(Maybe a slight increase of K2, but probably not necessary). As of right now, I take 10k IU and I’m using another brand to supply the additional 5K. But I’m about to drop to 5K(just this pill) for the summer anyways. Maybe by next winter they’ll make a 10K version. It’d be really cool if they did.

I used to use 5000 IU Vitamin D3 without K2. My dentist introduced me some K2's function and told me this product. I used around a year without any negative effect. The service is good.

The product arrived quickly as promised. I was surprised to see that the capsules were dark in color as opposed to the light gold Vitamin D I had previously taken. I take Vitamin D that is paired with Vitamin K for bone health and to help with the absorption of calcium. As far as I can tell, this brand of Vitamin D/K works well and it is the second time I have purchased this product. It seems to be a good dosage at a fair price.
