GreenWeR Garden Flag Stand & Stopper 32 Inch Sturdy Metal Wrought Iron Garden Flag Holder and Rubber Stopper. Your Flag Will Never get Twisted Again!

I have had many garden flag stands throughout the years. After a severe wind storm literally blew my last one in half (it was older but none the less still metal) I bought this one. This one is the most sturdiest so far, it withheld the current wind storm we had (that toppled my 6 burner gas grill- I'm dumbfounded with that one). It was super easy to put together and the fact it comes with a stopper is beyond great (I was using rubber bands as stoppers because I lost alot of flags). It was a great price - esp after seeing (and feeling) how sturdy it is.

This is a "put together" stand where there are two joints. Neither of the joints line up (made in China: beware). One seemed stripped and the paint was removed from part of the pole --( looked like a previous return). The top joint doesn't screw in all the way.Better to look for a one piece stand, where you don't have these issues. This was part of a gift, so I was highly disappointed that this was defective.

Not sturdy. The threading was shot upon first assembling therefore the pole stands crooked and looks very flemsy. I had to do some work add plumbing tape just for the top to screw in properly. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

When I originally purchased this, it was for a flag I ordered at the same time which ultimately never arrived and the order was cancelled Several weeks ago I ordered a beautiful Rainbow flag. I took the stand out of he original packaging and began to assemble it. The top part never stopped turning. I put it out on the lawn and it spun around as the wind blew. I noticed within a few weeks that rust was forming at the joints. Now, one of the parts broke off and I now have to buy a new one VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT BUY!

not sure who does the quality checks on these poles but i am going to guess no one. flag comes in three pieces - the upper piece that holds the flag, the central piece that acts as the "stand" and the lower piece that has the fork to keep it in the ground. the pieces are drilled with male/female threads to screw each into the other. the central piece was only drilled on one side so i was unable to put the stand together. going back.

This stand is poorly designed and engineered. Bottom line it is a "piece of crap". I owned it for a little over a month. Was putting it in the ground and it cracked in half! The crack occurred on the top portion where the threads are (see photos). I would not recommend buying it. If you do...buyer beware.

I have a welcome flag that is made of a lightweight, silky material. When the winds blow, so does the flag-right off the flag stand!I specifically ordered this flag stand because it came with a "stopper". It works perfectly. The stand is made from heavy weight metal andthe stopper prevents the flag from flying off the stand. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

This is a 3 piece flag stand that screws together, not the one piece as pictured. When screwing the pieces together, don't tighten it, or it will strip. You cannot hand tighten, or it will strip and just spin. I'm 57, disabled and I stripped it by hand tightening. Doesn't take much. Be careful putting it together.
