Do you need to see these or do they come sewed already?

The Satin bands are sewed inside of Ballet Pointe Shoes, and you don't need to sew them, they come sewed already

What do you mean by "swag the sole repeatedly" makes them more comfortable?

the hardness of ballet pointe shoes is 3/4, a little harder for toes, you can do whatever to make sole more soft, the same theory that old pointe shoes is more comfortable than new ones

Will the 6 size fit a 12 year old if not which size?

Please Choose size of Pointe shoes based on foot length or as your sport shoe's size

Do they have wooden blocks?

Dear Customer, the pointe shoes don't have wooden blocks
