Does the job
These adapters allow US appliances to be plugged into British sockets. They won't safely support high-power appliances like hairdryers or curling irons, as they do not adjust the voltage, but for things like laptop chargers they do fine. My only minor complaint is that these are a little thick, I've owned adapters with a thinner profile before so that's a minor disappointment for me.

It’s a bit bulky. I use it for my Alexa originally from the US so the plug plus the adapter ends up a bit big, but it works

I have not been on holiday so I do not know if it will work or not. Went on holiday to Jamaica and it was not the right one.

I fried two appliances using these.
These were a real let down - my fault for buying cheap. They have fried two pieces of kitchen appliances for me while the more costly white ones work as expected.
