RCA Q1 4G LTE, 16GB, Unlocked Dual SIM Cell Phone, Android 6.0 - White

From the moment I removed this phone from the package I fell in love with it instantly. Not only is it lightweight, the size is just right for my tiny hands!! I love the fact that it came with a protective case and screen protector. I noticed that some reviewers indicated that the battery life is poor, so far I have not experienced any difficulties with the battery life. I think that charging the phone before initial use (as instructed by the manufacturer) would help optimize the battery. Sound quality is great, so is the camera quality. It has no excessive bloatware, with ample space to download apps. Fast processing, no lags. Overall a great phone!!!

Good size. Not too big. Works well, comes with a built-in flashlight. No complaints. BUT when it comes to pictures, they are not very high quality and color is weak, like faded. It does have an HD feature that yields decent photos but the flashlight comes on only with the non-HD setting. To delete unwanted features, there's no trash icon. You have to go to the top, click on the 3 dots, and choose delete, unlike my Motorola, which I use when I want to take a better quality picture. I do like that, when you review photos and videos on the grid, videos play. They are not steady. Battery life is too long, especially if you connect to WiFi. Overall, it is a good phone for the price.

The phone is really low on volume and it won't let you connect it to an aux cord, music won't play on aux. You can't even watch a movie online Cuz it doesn't go full screen it'll just be a little tiny screen that you can barely see. Phone is super slow . all apps and even just typing is slow . the bottom of the phone the back space n home is too sensitive u barely touch it on accident and it'll exit everything . I suggest another phone this rca is really ugly and not worth the money

My previous phone was a Nokia Lumia 635. This is by far a nicer phone. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I just popped my SIM card from my other phone in and was good to go. I use for Internet shopping, FB and it is compatible with all my favorite apps. Battery life is pretty good so far. Definitely a great buy for the money. Very pleased with my purchase.

Less than stellar performance because of a slow 2gb RAM capability and odd software would have still given it four stars at the very maximum.However, I feel that like BLU and other clone companies, RCA outsources parts from many manufacturers to make their phones, and once in a while, you get a few defective parts tucked in the shipment (similar to more than a few products at Wal-Mart) that otherwise can't be sold any other way, left for the consumer (you and I) to eat, usually discovered well after the 30 day return window is over. I understand that, and risked buying this nonetheless for a spare.In this case, some of the RCA screens may have bright spots in random areas that are basically permanent, but as long as you adjust the brightness down and avoid a white screen, you'll have little problem.

I had a Galaxy s8, but noticed it was using far more data gigs than necessary so I bought this as an experiment. I gave around $68 for the RCA and sold the s8 for about one quarter of what I paid. I haven't tried the cameras, because I just don't care, but the hotspot is much stronger and uses less data gigs. I'm not saying that Galaxy's are lousy products, but if you just want a good phone, go with the RCA. If this one blows up in a year, I'll buy another one just like it.

This phone was good only for five months, l love it because it has good storage, love it for five months that it was working. When l bought it, supposed to be new. It does not worth $97 for only five month is wrong. First l thought, it was the battery since it refuses to charge. I love it because of the big storage, for the first time l could put all apps, l ever wanted. Even when l bought a new battery to put, still not working. Refuses to charge.

some how the battery life is very poor ,and customer service to buy one more extra battery is very bad ,i have been trying to contact RCA CUSTOMER care to know where to buy an extra battery , no response rather ZERO response..as the battery is not available at AMAZON TOO FOR MY RCA M1 MODEL..i used RCA M1 MODEL FOR 2 YRS...WANTED TO CONTINUE USING BUYING EXTRA BATTERY...BOUGHT RCA Q1... LAST MONTH...BATTERY DISCHARGES VERY QUICK..my usage of phone and data is negligible...
