Amazing - these work well. In fact when I ran out -my sleep quit - yikes! Need to keep on hand -just wish price was lower...

gives me 4 hours of deep sleep. I don't use it every night because i dont want to build up a tolerence.I take it around 10pm, get a good nights rest and wake ready to go in the morning around 6am.

This is the best stress reducing sleep aid I've ever found. Have shared it with a few others and they found it worked well for them too. No grogginess or foggy head, just a nice ability to go to sleep and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
