I use these all the time. I do grease them.

They work well and are already pre-cut for the pans. Make baking nice and clean as well as easy and efficient.

I have bought this at around 9 CAD (the 8-inch 100pcs one), and I am happy with it! I used to fold and cut the parchment using the "trick" to make it into round shape, thinking that it could save money, as rolls of parchment papers are way cheaper (like around 2 dollars from dollar store), however when I cut it myself, the circles are never perfect! There would be ragged edges that stick out and that affect the shape of my cake. In order to save the time and lower the chance of ruining my cake, I prefer using these rounds. My cake pans are non-stick that I do not need to use butter to grease the bottom that is covered by the parchment round, but I would still grease the side to make sure the cake could demold smoothly. The parchment round can be removed easily and keep my cake in perfect shape. I recommend this product :) It makes my life easier and less stressed.

I use these when I'm pan-frying frozen foods, like burgers, turkey burgers, and black bean burgers (yes, I like my burgers). The frozen stuff tends to curl or cup while they're cooking, so I leave a burger press on them to flatten them out. To keep my press from getting greasy, I place these parchment paper rounds in between, and they're the perfect size. Good price, good quality. Thumbs up.
