I love these cards! At first, I was not loving the texture. They’re thin, slippery and flimsy, but on the flipside, they’re waterproof and practically indestructible, which is great! I first organized them on the floor based on the different workout rotations I wanted to do ended that for a while, but it was always in the way and I didn’t wanna mix up the cards. So, then I bought an index card display thing that I’ve tacked to my wall, and together this has made working out in my basement, so easy! Highly recommend the combo for any dedicated homework workout space. If you’re using them as cards that you’ll pull out on the go, recommend binder clips to keep them in place! They slip out of most other things.

This is a great collection of cards with the bands from the same company. I’ve started using them every day. The workouts are easy to follow and give endless combinations of strengthening exercises.

These are great for seniors--the pictures showing how to perform the exercises are on one side of the card, while the instructions (readable!) are on the other side. Much superior to another set of cards that I got--those will go to Goodwill... The only problem is that it's a little hard to keep the cards "out" (still on the ring, just outside the main stack) that are indicated on the workout card. This requires some juggling, as the cards are plastic (sturdy) but a little slippery.

Cards are very easy to follow. Very portable to take to the gym and to choose cards for your workout that day. They are well made and durable. Bought other sets from this series too!

I love these cards. I don't always know exactly what to do when putting together a workout. This takes the planning out of it. It comes with a few sample workouts, but I am able to pull three or four cards from each area of focus and easily create my own workout. Sometimes I base them on reps and sometimes I base them on time. This has made working out at home quick, easy, and much more approachable

These cards are great! i love being able to organize different workouts, they have clear instructions and lots of variety. I would say the only downside is they are a bit too slippery! LOL

I thought it would be a full deck with cards for the wide bands too. Apparently you have to pay another £40 for those!! They are only cards!! Not really worth it.
