Good little steamer
I’ve had this for ages and still use it. better than a standard iron. i mean it’s cheap and cheerful so you’d probably find a better stronger one by paying more money elsewhere however this does the job and i always iron my work uniform with it it’s so handy and fits in most bags so you can take abroad with you or elsewhere. the steam isn’t powerful or strong but it does the job.

Very good, but not so easy to use
The product does a decent enough job.I tested it on various types of clothes fabric: cotton, linen, viscose, polyester, and it performed well on all. For basic ironing while travelling is just about OK.The difficulty is to do with the positioning of the garment. The clothes need to be hanging on a hanger, but bear in mind that you must have a hard surface to press against when doing the ironing. When I tried to do it with the hanger hanging by the curtain pole behind a window, it did not work well, as I had no hard surface to press against. You cannot do it with clothes hanging 'in the air' so to speak. The best performance was achieved with the hanger hanging on a solid hook on the door, that allowed me to press against the door while ironing.Another major drawback is that this steamer does not allow you to iron if you place the clothes horizontally on the bed.In other words, NO horizontal ironing, as all the hot water will spill from the container. They could have designed it much more securely, so that the water does not leak when you turn the steamer at any different angle from the 'standard' one. This poses also a Health and Safety hazard. Moreover, the actual 'ironing' surface is tiny, just about 4 cm legth by 0.4 cm width. They could have made it at least wider (if not longer too), so that it can tackle wide creases more effectively. If you have a large/ long garment with creases, you need lots of work and time to get them smoothened out, because the steamer actual working surface is so small.I would have also liked for the designer to add a led that signals when the water heating ended and the device is ready to be used. But the good thing is that it seems to heat the water very well, and so it is powerful in the way it releases the steam. All in all, the device seems quite basic. It is basically like a vertical "kettle". ;-) ..., which brings me to the fun observation that if you take with you while travelling, you can also use the water boiled by it to make a tea or instant coffee. Ha. Steamer and kettle 2 in 1! A rather unexpected perk from a device otherwise a bit too basic and lacking design finesse.

Brilliant little machine
Light for travel. Recently all guests at a wedding wanted to use my steamer in preference to other more expensive ones as stated did a better job then theirs......... highly recommended.

Easy to use, best on slightly creased clothing.
The product is a good size, light and easy to set up. It takes a few minutes to warm up. It’s not best on super creased items as you need to go over the clothes a few times but on lightly creased clothing it works okay.

practically useless!
I had a different hand streamer and thought I would try this one instead. When filled to the max line, it sprayed boiling hot water EVERYWHERE & my clothes were soaked, not to mention the danger of the boiling water going everywhere! I tried it again tonight (2nd use only) and it was only half full, or under half full- and it dd exactly the same! sprayed scalding hot water over everything within a meter radius. Definitely not safe, and definitely useless for steaming clothes! I now have a soaking wet creased top and loads of water to clean up.

Not too bad for a portable steamer
I have already used various large steamers and i knew before i bought the product how good steamers can be. They cant really replace an iron in most cases. They dont work well at all with pure cotton (and other similar material). So bearing that in mind (for big steamers with a proper base) I wasn’t expecting miracles from this product. The results were still pleasantly surprising. The only thing that I dont think they have mentioned is, you will need a sturdy base behind it for the steamer to work at all. You might also need to pull the material a little with your hand to get better results. I hang clothes on my wardrobe to steam but some people might not be able to do that.It also emits a lot of steam and dampens the surface behind it (with droplets of water dripping down). So you’ll have to be careful where you use it. It does spit water quite frequently so always better to use a day aheadI’d say its too large to carry around for traveling. I’d rather carry a small iron if i have to
