Maxxima LED Outdoor Wall Light, Black w/ Clear Water Glass, Photocell Sensor, 530 Lumens, 3000K Warm White, Dusk to Dawn Light Sensor

This light is great! The quality seems quite nice. Real glass nicely painted metal parts and even rubber washers to prevent the nut from scratching the paint when tightening it to the wall. The light output is bright - it seems much more than the 40W they say. It is slightly brighter than the 60W equivalent light it replaced. Time will tell how long the dedicated LED light source will last.

Work as intended

Bought two for garage and the nine inch lights are tiny. I didn’t get the grasp by reading reviews and so I overlooked the size. The 9 in hers would be a perfect light for the back doors. Still, they installed as replacements in seconds. Also, I looked at so many lights online I missed that these are integrated LEDs meaning no light bulb at all, instead, the LED beam can be seen, and blinding to look at. So don’t look at it. I just wanted to make aware. The light is simple, and small, but not going to remove stars because it I didn’t read the description well enough. The light is a nice metal in flat black, and the wavy glass is crystal clear. The bottom is open and I like that they can be easily cleaned when needed. So, the low maintenance and nice light emitted is really most of what I wanted, having replaced 14” gawdy lights with these actually doesn’t scream ‘hey, we are rich’ and I believe I will come to love the more minimalistic perspective on my not so big house. So far so good, will update if any changes. We use a timer so don’t use the dusk dawn.

Very nice looking and simple to install. I had the old one down and the new installed and functioning in less than 20 minutes. My one suggestion would be that you could change the hue or color of the light to match to match other lights such as lamp post lights.

The lamp was easy to install and it is bright enough to cover a good amount of area, which was good for our front door. I think we will keep it, but we had to cover the window near the lamp because the light was too bright when we went to bed. The only thing I wonder about now is if you can even change the bulb/LED. It is covered with a frosted piece of plastic. It might be a throw away lamp. (update) - The dusk to dawn sensor is located at the top of the lamp. It is also small. My porch has a covered area and it took longer for the lamp to turn off. My old lamp had a light sensor at the bottom and it had a wider opening. When the sun peeked over the trees, the old lamp would shut off quicker.
