What conditions or discomfort is this donut pillow designed to help relieve?

Our cushion is designed to provide pressure relief and sitting comfort for people affected by hemorrhoids (piles), tailbone pain, postpartum and surgery recovery, and pressure-sensitive conditions. Its design helps reduce pressure on sensitive areas.

Is the donut pillow firm or soft?

The supportive, high density foam is medium/firm, to maintain its shape and support weights up to 240 lbs (108kg). It may feel different depending on room temperature and will adapt to your body shape based on your weight.

Can I wash the pillow?

For optimum hygiene the pillow comes with a removable, machine washable cover made of breathable velour. The inner foam cannot be machine washed but can be spot cleaned.

How do I use the donut pillow so it is positioned correctly?

Place the ring pillow on any hard seating surface (office chair, dining room chair etc) with the 'U' cut outs placed towards the front and back of your seat. For tailbone pain relief your coccyx should be suspended over the 'U' to provide comfort.
