The information let it down.
Could have been great, will never know, because this is a US only plug and doesn’t (at least at the time I returned it) state anywhere of that. I did check at the time and was told it’s a uk plug. Couldn’t even safely change the plug as this is a single voltage item (110 and not 230v)

Great value and precise cuts!
I purchased this with low expectations but man was I surprised. This thing works great and is very precise. The unit is easy to operate and comes with a well written manual. It also comes with a pack of biscuits of various sizes to get you started. The hard plastic case stores the unit nicely. I recommend this product for DIY's and professionals alike.

Es mi primer engalletadora, pero no es mi primer herramienta de esta marca, la calidad del producto es mejor de a cuerdo a su precio, trae varias galletas de muestra para guiarte con tus futuras compras de insumos, tiene piezas plasticas por lo que no es de uso industrial, pero si eres una parsona cuidadosa pues este producto es para ti. Sirve muy bien, me gusto mucho, para ser mi primer acercamiento a este tipo de herramientas, estoy satisfecho con el resultado, es muy facil de usar y de configurar. Su maletin es lo mejor porque asi ya se cubre del polvo y los golpes.
