These work! My sister has dementia and Down syndrome.
Honestly I don’t remember buying them but it’s in my order history. I normally buy the depends from Costco or overnight depends but BOTH Leak! I ended up investing on bed pads and plastics panty to keep leaks and morning issues to a time and stress to a minimum … but the leaking. I ran out of my normal diapers and found these unopened in the cabinet. They worked so well! No leaking onto the bed pads. I thought ok my disabled sister didn’t pee as much. Second night dry as well. These work way better than depends and overnight ones. My sister is Down syndrome non verbal and started developing dementia last year. Two months ago, I started her on the medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie. Search online for ingredients. After a month most of all her dementia symptoms reversed except for overnight bed wetting. So I’ll take it!! After a year of diapers and fighting each morning with dementia because it made her aggressive and angry with anything I suggested and leaks to now that she’s happy and being able to walk…overnight diapers that actually work.. I am happy. So please if your loved one is suffering from dementia.. research Heavy metal detox.. I used the medical medium heavy metal detox because my sister is on a liquid diet but you can use zeolite or pectasol. Research and join the holistic groups. After a few more months, going to do a parasite cleanse. My boyfriend was so impressed with her results that he interested in trying it with his autistic son. Please help your loved ones with dementia. I wished I had known about detox when my mom had Alzheimer’s. Best wishes. These diapers work. Her dementia hopefully I can slow it down to barely notice it while keeping her comfortable.

life saver
For almost two years, I’ve been using disposable underwear daily due to a neurogenic bladder, and after trying almost every brand, I can confidently say Amazon Basics is hands down the best. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, discretion, and reliable protection. Here’s why I love it:🩲 Ideal for smaller bodies: Many other brands are designed for larger frames or older women, leading to awkward fits and leaks. As someone who’s petite, I’ve struggled with that, especially at night. Amazon Basics fits just right and doesn’t cause any issues.🛏️ No more overnight leaks: Since switching to this brand, I no longer have to worry about underpads or changing sheets every morning. These hold up for 6–8 hours, even overnight, without any problems.👖 Invisible under clothes: Whether I’m wearing leggings or other form-fitting outfits, I don’t have to worry about it being noticeable. It blends in perfectly.💰 Unbeatable value: After comparing prices, I found that this is the most affordable option, especially when you buy the 3-pack bundle. It offers great value for its quality. This product has taken a lot of stress out of my daily routine. If you’re petite and need something that actually fits and works, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Value for the money is good
A little stiff soft but value is good they are absorbent but have leaked several times and not sure how. The leg opening fits well but they could be a little longer on the length of the panty part. Tear easily in the pantyPortion. Not a problem for most adults but my special needs granddaughter tears them when she puts them on herself.

Wonderful product!
I am the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia. Incontinence has become more of an issue, especially overnight. I have tried a few different products, which are ok, but end up with some leaking. I decided to give the amazon basics brand a try. We have been using them overnight for 2 weeks now, and I am super impressed!! There has only been one time with minimal leaking and it was due to her having a loose stool, not her urinary incontinence. These pull-up type of disposable undergarments are designed as unisex, which makes them more versatile. My mother can not verbalize how comfortable they are, but she does not pull or grab at the undergarments when I help to put them on. They don’t seem to be very bulky, and fit under her clothing, so could be used during the day if needed.I was concerned about leaking relative to sleep position. My mother will sometimes sleep on her side, and other times sleep on her back. She weighs around 100 pounds, and I was concerned about them being too big and not conforming around her legs when she moves in her sleep. I purchased the S/M and they fit very well. The waistband gives so as not to be too constricting. I appreciate how the back side has a bit wider edge along the bottom for better coverage and I imagine more comfort around her buttocks. Other products are so similar front and back, it’s difficult to tell which way they go, but these are easy to tell.I have not noticed any rashes or skin irritation since I started using the “protective underwear,” and to be honest, she sometimes sleeps for up to 12 hours without my waking her through the night. The lining appears to keep her skin dry and protected from urine. They also seem to hold quite a lot of urine! When attempting to remove the product, my mother will sometimes grab at the waist and try to keep them up, and they have not ripped until I deliberately rip the seams in order to remove the soiled garment. This tells me they are strong enough, but not so indestructible that I can’t remove them by tearing as needed.I noticed that Amazon is suggesting I say something about “smell.” I really have not detected any odor from the product, and her urine does not have any change in smell once the product is wet.I was very surprised at the quality of this product, especially with the very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, especially for at night with a person with dementia, and will definitely purchase again.

Great alternative
We were using Tena pull ups for mom who is incontinent and they are great but they have become so expensive. I bought the Amazon brand with little expectation. I am very impressed. They hold a good amount of urine. They are not as confining. Very soft. They do rip easier than the prior brand so you need to use care when pulling them up. They haven't leaked yet even with overnight use. I've been using them now a few weeks. I will continue to purchase them. Happy customer

Won't purchase again
They are not very comfortable. I bought them because of price but being for both men and women makes the cut and fit a little "off."
