I have purchased the geyser 6 months back, till now it's good, no issue. Good attitude shown bu AO smith personnel during installation.

Product is Good but Installation Charged because it was bought online !
The installation person came as scheduled but he said one part which costs around Rs 1150 not included as I had bought on Amazon - he said if we buy from a store it’s included but if bought online we have to pay for it extra because the online platforms sell at a lower price the manufacturer does not include this item !Very strange

Heating takes time and installation is competitively expensive
The media could not be loaded. It takes 20 mins to heat the water. Also installation person charged 630 Rs for installation saying its for connector and installation charge. Looking at the price what we are paying, it should be covered on product price itself.However, once it’s heated, it gives proper hot water flow. I may add more after using it for a month.
