I purchased these in July 2023 after partially tearing the gastrocnemius muscle in both calves and a full range of motion hurt. Adding these into my shoes was an absolute game changer and allowed me to remain mobile while those muscles healed. They healed completely many months ago, but I keep these inserts in my shoes that I regularly use to go on walks in, and they’re so comfortable. I’d also consider them to be very durable as I HAD to wear them every day for months and they’re still completely in tact. They fit easily in all of my shoes except for sock-like athletic shoes such as Nike Metcons, in which they take up too much space. I did not find them to slide around due to the sticky rubber portion, and they are easy to put in and remove. Great product for my needs.

Great for pain reduction.

Je suis agréablement surpris. Depuis deux mois j'ai une tendinite au niveau du talon d'achille qui m;empechais de conduire la voiture.. juste le fait de peser sur accélérater me donnais des douleurs au talon. Aujurd'hui j'ai installé ces talons dans mes souliers et ça a fais une grande différence.. le fait de que ces talons donnent un espace supplémentaire entre mon talon et l'accélérateur m'aide grandement.
