I ordered a couple of watches from Lexell at one time. They arrived pretty quickly, which was very pleasing. One of the watches, the crown broke off, contacted via email and to this day I haven't received any information on a return, replacement or how and where it could be repaired. That was 8 years ago. Buyer be ware, only purchase if you're good with abysmal customer service.
