I was skeptical but they worked great!!!

The hardest part was opening the extended cab doors, after that, putting in these things were very easy. My doors are opening normal now.

These cable ends worked great for the rear doors on a 2001 Ford F150 Extended Cab. Design flaw by Ford to have plastic cable ends on these rear doors. Over time the plastic breaks and you can no longer open the doors. Bit of a pain to replace the ends, but these things work well and were cheaper than the ones I purchased on EBay.

I was able to fix the rear doors on my old truck without paying ten times as much to get all new cables. The only thing wrong with the cables were the dry rotted rubber ends and these made a perfectly good fix that should last as long as the truck will.My only complaint is that getting them to go into the clip that hold them in place to a bit of force.

It worked for my 98 f150. Had to pry open the top latch a bit since there is no other way to get the insert in. Way better than plastic ones it had.

Really want to like this product. Bought it to repair the door latch on my 2004 F150 and while installing it realized it needed to be modified to work correctly. The center slot was not cut deeply enough and the cable bound too tightly to allow the door latch to work. Thankfully I had the tools on hand to fix it. If you need this to work without any extra modification, then I would not recommend this product.

Work good only need modification top latch was little small hole so need reduce to insert inside latch but other work good.happy I saved lots money
