Galil Organic Roasted Chestnuts are so natural and pure tasting. No chemical scent from packaging. No salt or sugar added. I really enjoyed the first bag years ago. And my whole family does, too (and we all like different types of food!). I've purchased these and gifted them to many others who have said they also really like. They're not cheap, but they're not overpriced - we buy them when they go on sale and when the holidays come around. Please keep producing these. The bags are delightful and cheery, illustrating just what they look like.

These are very good. In each bag there are about 10 - 15 chestnuts.

I love chestnuts & especially when I don't have to boil & peel them! Seriously, I think they have a great flavor & are a great snack that's very filling.

It's a bit too sweet and too soft. Some of them are a bit crunchy but most of them could be too soft. It is also a little bit too wet. If all these were sorted it would have 5 star from me.

I’ve purchased these elsewhere at a cheaper price, but since they are a seasonal item, I paid the more expensive price at Amazon. They are worth it because they are delicious!

Chestnuts are very good for you. Really wanted this and not disappointed. Great taste - even right out of the package. Love with mustard.

If not used within a day or two of opening the bag, the contents will get moldy and have to be thrown away.
