I purchased 3 different kinds of these seats to see which worked best for our toilets. This was the middle priced one and it was hands down, one of the easiest to assemble and fits our short toilet/round bowl perfectly. My 2 year old toddler with special needs can easily grab this by the handles and put this on the toilet herself, climb up, and turn around. If I could change anything I wish that the footrest part was much wider like the "FDA approved" one- also on Amazon so she could stand there and turn around easier. I did purchase that other one as well- paid $5 more for it and it was great quality, but meant for an elongated toilet so I had to send it back. I am going to order another one of this seat for our second bathroom since its what works for us.

There are so many features of this potty ladder that I like.1- it was very easy to build (took 5 min).2- the seat is adjustable depending on how long your kid’s legs are3 - it is one of the few potty ladders that comes in white so it actually matches our bathroom a bit more4 - if you install it correctly it’s not wobbly and your child can use this without a problem.I did have to teach my daughter to stand up on the step while holding on to both handles, then once up on the step she puts both hands on one handle and turns around. Not hard at all you just have to show them how!

Bought this because my daughter was fully potty trained by 20 months and I was tired of cleaning the floor seat. Was hoping this could let her potty on the big seat alone. My daughter has to take her pants all the way off before she can climb up to potty because she doesn’t quite have the balance to stand on the thin step and pull her pants down. Step could be an inch or two wider. But she just turned 2 years old this month so I’m sure once she’s a little older and has better balance she’ll be able to utilize it better. Besides that, the seat itself is fantastic, has a decent splash guard so we haven’t had any messes.

I can’t say enough about this product. I run a daycare in my home and potty training is an everyday learning experience for my toddlers. This toilet dear was extremely easy to put together and using it is even easier! My toys can get on and off the full size toilet by themselves, they have yet to have any issues. When not in use, it easily folds up and can be stored on side the toilet. We’ve been using this step up seat for several months now. I’m positive that I made a good investment when I purchased this product.

This is a genius product.Why only 4 stars? Because urine fills the gap between the cushion and the frame.Aside from that, this training tool has made many other families training their kids a little jealous. They wish they knew this existed sooner. Our 2 year old has been using this for months now. Has not fallen off/down/in/etc... Great product.

After many many months of trying to get my daughter to want to poop or heck even pee on the toilet at home this did the trick. Easy to assemble, cause we all need easy when we have a toddler climbing us like outdoor playground. Sturdy enough for her to bend over so I can wiper her toosh. And folds simply so I can easy use the same bathroom.

We really liked it when we just got it it looks comfortable and easy for my daughter to use it , but after a while the screws around the seat starting to get loose and is very dangerous if she's stand the whole thing can come apart.Not happy with that.

This product is pretty wobbly. My son demands we 'hold it' while he climbs because he doesn't feel secure on it, which really defeats it's purpose. it's cute, and definitely more stable than, say, one of those super lightweight step stools that aren't also attached to a seat, but it's not as solid as i expected from the product description.
