Seat is very light. Hugs you very tightly. Good stuff.

I bought this seat to use in a racing simulator cockpit. It works well for this purpose. It does not come with seat sliders, which must be purchased separately. It does come with side-mount brackets. If you want the maximum amount of tilt "backwards" you will need to drill out the front-top holes on the side-mount brackets to match up with the bolt-holes on the seat. This is a medium size seat from this line of products. I wear waist size 32 to 34 and am moderately built, and this seat is a snug fit. If you or any of your potential riders are closer in size to the average American male, you will definitely want to go with the larger seats. The seats are initially comfortable but after a short time in them you may realize there is absolutely no lumbar support available. You will have to purchase or fabricate this yourself. You may also notice that the pad for your sitting bones is quite firm. All the pads are attached to the seat with Velcro so I think it will be easy to swap these out with something a little more comfortable. Looks wise, they are a sharp, nice looking upgrade from the (free) bucket seat I got out of the junkyard. But unless you are really wanting the look of a fixed bucket seat, you probably want to look at getting something that reclines. I can't say anything about how these would work in a real automobile. I'd honestly be reluctant to use them for that purpose. The steel side mounting brackets are very mild and easy to bend. It does have slots for a 5 point harness.

I bought a pair, one seat had a painted NRG logo on it which was awesome except the other didn’t, also they used bolts on one seat and Allen heads on the other, their fit and finish isn’t exactly the same as each other. The fitting was honestly a nightmare lol as it took me and a buddy to man handle these dang bolts in the height adjustment threads. Pretty sturdy but is a bit flexible, hopefully harnesses will hold it still. I honestly expected better quality from NRG. Also the front cushion thing doesn’t ever stay on it’s constantly falling off or loosing up we’re gonna have to fabric glue it or something
