Cot pillow
Bought this pillow because I needed a shallow one to go under my main pillow, it was listed on Amazon as washable and could be tumble dried however when I checked the label it said sponge only. The quality was terrible it was covered in non woven fabric and the filling was all lumpy as though it was just stuffed with lumps of filling it was certainly not a luxury pillow so I had to return it for a refund, waste of money

Not a pillow and duvet set
Looks like you will get duvet and pillow from photos etc but only duvet. Make sure you check what you order. Customer service was very polite with my messages but still disappointing that you don’t get what you see in the pics

Nasty and stiff!
Not happy with this purchase at all. Very stiff product and once opened you can't return it.Does not fit snugly around my 3 year old, instead lays flat and stiff, already found it on the floor after 2 hours of sleeping. Not happy.
