Shocking discovery
The brand of red rice is colouring the water red while boiling. Which is to say that it is leaving colour in hot water . So am certain it is not authentic and that it being organic in nature becomes suspect . As have known no natural rice / grain to leave colourwhile boiling . Hence seems itโs been tampered with in an attempt to colour it to give rice itโs red colour . Taste and texture is fine and natural .

The rice has a good taste, but it takes a long time to cook as the grains are quite firm. It requires maximum cooking time to soften properly.

Taking 2 hours to cook in cooker or even in other utensils. Yes i soaked in water for 2 hour also and still took 4 hour.very bad
