I'm experiencing static or a bad connection with my headphones. What should I do?

For static or connection issues, ensure the 3.5mm jack is fully plugged in and clean both the jack and port. Check the cable for wear or damage if problems continue.

Are my Atmosure Air Tube Headphones compatible with all devices?

Our headphones are designed with a standard 3.5mm jack, making them compatible with most smartphones, tablets, laptops, and MP3 players. However, some newer devices may require an adapter if they do not have a dedicated headphone jack.

Can I use my Atmosure Air Tube Headphones for calls?

Yes, if your device has a 3.5mm jack. The headphones have a mic and control set for calls and volume adjustment, allowing for easy call handling and sound management directly from the headphones.
