Was excited to get them . One for me and my brother. Put batteries in first one it didn't work. Put batteries in second one it worked. Not sure how to get a hold of the.

When I opened the box I was looking at the unit and said wow this is perfect. Just what I expected. different units of measure , small compact and the read out is clear.
