THE NORTH FACEMen’s Resolve Triclimate Jacket - Waterproof Hiking Jacket

This is my second Evolve 11 jacket.The 1st is black.This one is black with a military green, colour's compliment the overall look.The jacket is simply amazing, probably the best i have owned.That's from someone who just counted over 40 jackets in the wardrobe.My 1st black 1 gets the overall vote, however this new addition is slowly getting under my skin.My mum didn't even notice that i was wearing a different jacket.They are advertised as same with the green colourings being the difference.They both come with zipped in, but removable fleeces.Immediately i noticed the difference in weight.The all black one is considerably heavier, approximately 1.5.There's a difference wearing them out in cold. The all black is much warmer, to the point i was considering removing the fleece.The black one has 4 rectangular velcro strips, the green cones with 6 metal poppers.The black has 2 : at top and bottom with the velcro in between to keep zip protected.I personally much prefere the metal poppers, easier and hopefully more durable as velcro does wear.The green jacket also has elasticated wrist cuffs, the black jacket has regular sleeve cuffs that can be adjusted by Velcro.Still undecided on which i prefere, finding the elasticated easier.Overall both jackets, being the same brand, but with subtle differences are stunning.There's pros and cons to each style which would ultimately come down to the wearers preference.Both jackets appeal to me in a huge way and for me they will serve their individual purpose.I have no regrets buying the same jacket twice, the second one was back up for the first one.In event of unforseen circumstances.That's how much i was enamoured by the first NF jacket.I said in my previous review that it was probably the best jacket that I have owned, i have had my fair share as well.I have a decent fit with both jackets almost glove like.There wouldn't be a lot of movement if it was actually made to measure.I buy into the NF brand, i respect the core values.I like that they design bold outdoor clothing that's stands up to inclement weather.Keeping you both warm and dry!They offer excellent choice of colours that seems to work well with the design and brand.The NF tagline is 'Never Stop Exploring'That's so true whilst wearing their brand-why would you !

Perfect Jacket for winter/summer time! i got the S size ( i am 170cm , 70kg) and it suits perfectly.

Whilst the jacket is of good quality and waterproof, it is very lightweight material in both the inner and outer layers. Each layer is therefore not very effective at retaining body heat even when zipped together. It’s fine for the average English summer but don’t expect to keep warm in a cold winter without wearing additional thermal layers.

The hood doesn’t fold up very cleanly. But that’s a small thing when you’re so lovely and warm.

I have the same coat already which is worn out just ordered same size and was to small.

Nice warm coat with detachable fleece jacket inside. Check all stitching as after a week I noticed hole in both main pockets, two of the pull toggles fell apart aswell. That said, it was a nice warm good sized jacket.

Warm and waterproof but sadly a big step back from earlier models when the hood could be tucked away. It can't on this model. Poor. Smart coats like this look much better with the hood tucked away if you don't need it out. Also no internal pockets for maps or glasses. What on earth were they thinking?

Ob diese Jacke wasserdicht ist, kann ich noch nicht sagen. Da ich aber andere The North Face Resolve Jacken (normale Regenjacke und isolierte Regenjacke) habe und diese seit Jahren perfekt dicht halten, gehe ich auch bei dieser Jacke davon aus. Die Jacke ist vielseitig, angenehm luftig geschnitten und sehr bequem. Was will man mehr?

El material es perfecto, y su eficiencia contra aire y frío es perfecta. Mi sorpresa fue al descubrir la debilidad de las costuras de los bolsillos, que de golpe, encontré objetos corriendo por dentro de la chaqueta ya que esas costuras se habían roto.

El producto estaba roto.
