Great crate for the money!
I've used this crate for over 2 months now and I can easily say that it has done the job, especially for the money! I began crate training my german shepherd puppy at 2 months and having the option to decrease the size was perfect. Once he was 3 months and was potty trained I removed the separater and now my puppy has lots of room! I understand that it is not made from the sturdiest metal, but you get what you pay for. Some of the reviews that I have seen that say their dog escaped, then that means the owner should take more time crate training their dog. Once a dog is fully crate trained they will not try to escape from it, as it become their little sanction. My dog does not try to escape his crate and he has grown to love it, of course after time. Anytime I give him a treat or toy he immediately takes it to his crate. I think this is a great starter crate, especially for someone who cant afford an expensive one. The pad that came with it was very flimsy and was warped, I simply removed it and put 2 blankets on top of his crate bed. Works like a charm. For 44 dollars it's a great buy!

Great buy
The media could not be loaded. ย The crate was a great buy for my pitbull puppy Fendi. She absolutely loves it. I have to force her out of the crate just to play. The only problem I had was that the divider that came with it. I personally made an adjustment to the divider and cut a hole in the middle so she could travel back and forth from her bed to her playroom/bathroom. I overstepped my boundaries altering this because the divider actually helps with potty training. Life is learning. Leave as is

wire is a small gauge
I bought this for my dog who has out grown his smaller Kennel, I have another kennel the same size I have for my other dog and the wire on it is very sturdy and a good size gauge- I also paid about 85$ for it. This one that I purchased has a much flimsy-er wire gauge, I guess that is the big price difference source also... it works but if I leave it to where only the top lock is engaged my dog can simply push his way though the bottom part of the door because the wire is so thin its pliable. other than that it works for its purpose.

Good value, but feels flimsy
The cage is large and made from the same gauge steel wire as the smaller cages. The size of this cage thereby makes the sides/ends seem cheap and somewhat flimsy. Still a nice value, but a large dog with a little muscle could bend the cage and squeeze out through one of the ends. Same case for the doors, a large panel for the door allows it to feel flimsy as well.

GREAT PRICE FOR THIS DUAL-PURPOSE DOG CRATE!
Pet cage is as described. Easy to set up, and the two doors and divider make it a great choice for a puppy who will become a large dog. Wish I had bought this in the first place! Now I have an extra 20-40 lb. crate that was perfect for my new puppy during crate training but not nearly big enough for my big puppy that is still growing. This item would be perfect for crate training a new puppy using the divider, then removing the divider for the trained, larger pup who needs room to spread out. The two doors are nice because you can position the crate as needed. The price is unbeatable!!

Good but not as sturdy as I had hoped.
Liked: Very roomy & latches are good quality. I like that they are curved at the end so they do not slide open. Disliked: Crate isn't as sturdy as it claims to be. If you have a strong dog they could easily bend & break through this crate. Plastic floor liner had one whole corner broken off upon arrival too. So that was disappointing that I had to go buy a new one to fit it. I'm using the crate for my Australian shepherd though, she isn't very aggressive in her crate so this works for her. My English Pointer however had to had a much more sturdy crate because he is more excitable & super strong when I come home to let him out. I normally work from home so thankfully they don't have to be in crates often.

Decent
Bars are kind of thin, a large determined dog might be able to get out. We had a mastiff breed so we used metal clips on the top panels because he had bent the bars a bit. For the price however it's a good kennel.

The size!
This is a nice crate for our Belgian Malinois. We started with a smaller one, and she out grew that in less than a month. So, this one has a divider (we did not use) that will allow the user to make the livable space smaller until your dog is full grown. She is 4 1/2 months old, and getting close to full size (we hope..lol). I made the quilted bedding, with tie-downs in 4 corners. We are happy with this product. It is her "room" and quiet space. The door is never shut.
