I'm so happy this brand came back to Amazon, I was about to run out! I have been using this product for at least 3 or 4 years now. I had such bad acne from 13/14 years old till up until I started taking this product. But also let me stress that in addition, it's important to keep your face clean, make sure you're not using old makeup, and know if a certain food triggers your acne (mine is too much dairy). Also it helps to drink a lot of water to help your skin heal and flush out bad stuff and get some exercise and sunshine (with sunscreen on of course, Neutrogena makes great oil free sunscreen for the face.) So again, it's important to make *lifestyle* changes to help reduce your acne in the first place. So back to the product, it took a while for me to see a difference, maybe a month or two, but one day I found my breakouts we're getting less and less severe and my face (in addition to a great facial cleansing brush) was finally HEALING. I'm so grateful I've gotten to use this product over the years and that I found out that too much dairy helped contribute to my breakouts in the first place. I continue taking this product; for a long time I just took half the tablet, now I'm down to a third of a tablet which I take every morning. Money is super tight right now, so not only does it last but it saves me a few more bucks until the next time I reorder. Plus, an even better benefit is I'm a blood donor, and I can still donate while using this supplement. Some prescription acne medications such as Accutane is on the medication deferral list. Hello everyone, I am writing this honest review to kindly thank the makers of acne tame!!!! I found this supplement on TikTok when I searched, "how to get clear skin" this supplement came up and I went diving 🤿 in to watch the videos and read people's testimonials. I even went as far as searching on YouTube for more reviews and all of the reviews were outstanding! Then I came over to amazing to check the ratings. (Because you know anything that you digest has to be carefully screened and checked very well) All of the ratings that I read on Amazon was good! The first thing that actually caught my eye was the simple design of the label! The second thing that caught my eyes and attention was the simple ingredients! That worked well with my body Fast forward, I started taking the supplements as directed, and let me tell you.. from the first week I began to see results, not only on my skin but my fingernails are stronger and getting longer!!! I used to have small bumps on my face (I guess from my pores being clogged) No matter what I did, from facial scrubs to washing my face twice a day to changing my pillow case 3 times a week!! Nothing seemed to help with the little bumps on my cheeks! (The issue was from within) Until I began taking acne tame!! Now there are NO more little bumps on my face, I drink one gallon of water a day just to help with clearing of my skin and let me tell you!! My face is smooth and clear!!!! I've been using this supplement for approximately 5wks. The 1st 2-3wks my acne got worse but I understand that my skin has to go through the purging period. I thought that it would start getting better but it hasn't. I starting using this supplement to get rid of my acne but it hasn't. However, the acne on my face has gotten better. It may be a slower process than I realized. I'll give this process more time to see optimum results. Overall, I'd say it's working just not as quickly as I anticipated. I would still purchase this product again.

have had a pleasant experience thus far with the AcneTame supplements. I take one per day, as recommended on the packaging. I naturally tend to have very oily skin. It has been 3 weeks since I have purchased this supplement and so far, it seems to have decreased the amount of oil production a bit. I will wait and see if the amount of oiliness on my skin continues to level off over time as I continue to take the supplements. As for acne, it seems to have kept my acne at bay to a certain extent. So far I am not getting the amount of blemishes and bumps that I likely would get otherwise especially in the intense heat and humidity of summertime. Again, it will be interesting to see if continued use of this supplement can keep blemishes to a minimum, if any. I have not had any side effects such as dry eyes while using the supplements. That might have to do with the fact that I'm taking only one per day. I will continue using these because I do think it is making a difference. Of course, it would be awesome if it keeps up over time and my body doesn't build a tolerance of any kind to the supplements.

Acne Tame has been a lifesaver. Having suffered from cystic acne since puberty, I have always been self conscience of my breakouts, both on my face and torso. I've tried creams and oils and treatments, and while they managed worse breakouts, I've always felt people were seeing my acne and not me. I was going to try Accutane, but the potential side effects and the constant blood work terrified me. I went online to try to find alternatives, and discovered Acne Tame. While it ultimately would cost more overtime, being far safer, and have a higher probability of success was much more appealing. I began to see results after a few weeks, though it did dry me out at first, but after a few months, I looked and felt like a different person. I have been taking Acne Tame for years, and while I still struggle with my acne, it is far more manageable that it was without Acne Tame. Also, my more worse breakouts are more to do with poor diet and lifestyle choices than the quality of the product. When I eat right and hydrate as I should, it works exactly as described. Acne Tame isn't a cure, but when the instructions are followed, it's as close as anything I've seen.

So far, it's working well; I have fewer and fewer pimples. My skin is a lot clearer and smoother. I usually break out a little more before my period, and nothing so far. But it’s something you have to take everyday, I can’t seem to miss a day without a pimple coming back.

Acnetame is great. It keeps my acne at bay with no side effects. Much better than prescription drugs and supplements that have side effects and don't always work.
