The product looks fine, well packaged. We haven't yet opened the product, but the reviews were good, and it is a good-sized starter package.This negative review concerns the Amazon driver who reported it was handed to customer. It wasn't. It was left outside on the doorstep. The first we knew was the email reporting handed to customer.
