Uniformity with God's Will

I really enjoyed this book, and it helped me to change my perspective on how I live. It was a really quick read, and I was able to finish it in one sitting. It was entertaining and enjoyable to read, but I also liked learning how the ideas being explained in the book were shown through examples in holy people. It is comforting to know that God's will is always going to be done, since the will of God is perfect and the best for every soul.

Very pleased with this short, pocket-sized book from the great theologian and Doctor of the Church, Alphonsus Liguori, known for his great love and devotion to our Lord. With a lovely writing style that helps the reader to build our own lives on the truths of our Catholic/Christian faith. It is all about learning to embrace God's Will, which brings blessings, peace, and a steady source of grace to grow in faith. Fully recommend!

Ligouri pulls no punches. If you do not want a tour d force on the absolute priority of being conformed to God s will, don't read this book. But if you want to confirm your commitment to doing precisely that, sit back and strap yourself in. It is quite a book!!#

Trending toward TLM and wanted to read some of the classics. This ended up being a great place to start!!! Easy to understand yet filled with great meditations on God's will. Highly readable for anyone discerning and new adult converts who want to go toward the deep end. Enjoy

Truthfully, I was not expecting this book to pack the punch it did. I immediately lent it to a friend once I finished it, and they were equally impressed.It's not a very long book, but it has such great wisdom in it that I'll probably read it every year just to keep the contents of its message fresh in my life.It's remarkable!

This was an easy read but very practical. I found this Easy to understand . I would like to read it monthly at least !

I refer to this book sometimes as the "key to happiness". This will change your outlook on life in general!

A wonderful boo, k which is an extension of St Alphonsus' other book Trustful Surrender to Divine Providence. In this book there are some passages which are the same as the ones he wrote in Trustful Surrender. But I found Trustful Surrender to be the better more inspirational and enjoyable book to read. This is also very good though. I suggest to read this first and then read his other book if you haven't already done so.

The Holy Spirit has given St. Alphonsus the grace to make very clear the way of perfection which is obedience to the Divine Will.
