I bought specifically for Rift CV1 VR to convert to Display port on GPU
A different adapter that I tried did not work for my old Rift VR headset but his one works as it is an Active one or so the forums said. I bought this particular and yes it works for the specific use I need it for to adapt my VR rift CV1 to display port on my GPU . Perfect !

The BEST adapter on the Market!!!
I’ve been searching for a proper DisplayPort - HDMI cable for a long time. A lot are overpriced and many do not advertise their DP or HDMI versions which lead to false claims and other problems. THESE ADAPTERS ARE AMAZING. I am currently running three adapters and have 165hz on all three coming from my graphics card on my PC. These are guaranteed to work on 1929x1080! Amazing product. So happy with my purchase!

Expensive and don’t work as intended !
Before I’ve bought this adapter I wanted to be sure it’s amd freesync compatible and I’ve asked the seller and he told me it is compatible with freesync display . Guess what ? It is not ! I’m disappointed and will return the product !

HDR Funktioniert
Hatte erst einen anderen Adapter und war enttäuscht dass ich HDR nicht einschalten konnte, ich dummerchen habe aber nicht gemerkt dass das nur DisplayPort 1.2 war und die Version kein HDR unterstützt. Mit diesem Adapter funktioniert jetzt alles einwandfrei weil es DisplayPort 1.4 ist, auch ist der Adapter sehr schön verarbeitet, habe die Aluminium version.
