Great product and arrived quickly! I let my hair air dry and then rub this product on my hands and massage it throughout my hair. It gives my hair great volume without being greasy. Very light weight as well. I love it!!!

Stays in my hair all day, doesn't leave it feeling greasy or dry, and the scent is nice (wife can't get enough lol). Washes out easy and doesn't make my head itchy.

Excellent product and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality hair thickener with a decent hold but definitely not overpowering. I genuinely enjoy the sandalwood effect and appreciate the aromatic fragrance.

I have thin (and unfortunately, thinning) hair, so I like to use a matte fibre product to give my hair some more volume without making it too stiff. It's a nice trick for those of us with short and thinning hair to make it look like you have a bit more hair than you still do. Until now, I've always used Bed Head or American Crew, but I've found those two products will get very hard, almost silly putty-like, and difficult to use and apply, before I've finished with them. I was attracted to the cream texture of the Blackstone Paste and it didn't disappoint. It is soft and creamy and easy to apply. Also, it smells great. And it does thicken and provide some hold. However, it is a very light hold, so you have to work a little to figure out the right amount to use in order to actually get a thickening effect without weighing the hair down. If light hold is what your after, this would be perfect for you. If this stuff doesn't harden like other fibre pastes I've purchased, I'll update the review after a few months to say whether it does. It will be nice not to have to throw away half the container as I have had to do with other brands. But, given the lightness of the hold here, I may still be on a search for the perfect thickening fibre paste.

Use it every day

This product once had a clay type texture, more like a pomade. Now, the packaging is the same but they changed from a clay texture to more of a gel/buttery consistency? The scent is different as well, the old formula had a nice sandalwood smell, the new formula is not my favorite. Not sure what is going on here? I'm not saying the seller is dishonest, maybe it changed before without them knowing. The original one below is on the left and has a more yellowish color.

Perfect hold, easy to wash, doesn’t grease up your hair, it looks great.
