This isn’t something you buy because you need it. This is something you buy because you want it. It’s expensive for what you really get, it’s nice, it does what it should, people say wow. Relatively easy to install. It was an additional $600 the plumber & electrician to do their parts. I made sure to wait for a significant price drop on Amazon to buy.

Package was delivered on time, without any visible damage at all. I installed it at customer place, next step was to mount lower unit where water line and filter is located. Once everything was done, I saw filter assembly is broken and will leak. I dodnt find broken part in box at all. Since all is was already installed in the wall I jist gave up all hassle with returning unit and ordered new filter assembly for another $56... I work a lot with Elkay units and never had issue like that...

Looks and functions great. Was expensive to install!!!
