The second rope I get from the brand, and I really like it.As with the previous one, it was easy to follow the video instructions after scanning the QR code that came in the package to measure and to set the rope to the right length

Good addition to a cardio routine.
I saw someone at the gym using one of these and while it brings back childhood memories, it is a good way to get in some cardio also. Rope is easy to adjust based on your height too. Scanning the bar code on the enclosed card, gives you access to several YouTube videos on how to go beyond just jumping. Hoping that adding this to my regular cardio classes will help increase bone density going forward. Seems very durable and lightweight.
