The description says "$12.99 ($6.50 / Item)" which leads me to believe that it includes 2 canisters for $12.99. True or False?

It's just one canister. At the top of the page, the actual title of the item says: "Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix Makes 39 Servings (1 Canister)".Hope that helps.

Where is it packed? Is it from Mexico?

I have not purchased this product in years, therefor I no longer have the container to read the label. I doubt that is made in Mexico, because it would shout that on the front.

What are the ingredients?

sugar, corn syrup solids, hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut and/or soybean), dairy product solids, cocoa processed with alkali, calcium carbonate, and less than 2% of salt, cellulose gum, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, sodium aluminosilicate, mono- and diglycerides, guar gum, nonfat milk, artificial flavor, sucralose

Yes., but dairy, not parve. The Circle UD is just below the label's ingredients. Swiss Miss is not kosher.
