Q: What size would an XXL be

I bought the xxl, I normally wear size 18UK. The xxl is nicely roomy on me

Q: Does it have any reflectors on it? For night road walking?

No it does not have reflectors on the jacket for night road walking.

Q: I am a 14 /16 ....what size should I order ?

I’m a 16/18 I bought the next size up, because I sometimes wear a hoodie under jacket even without hoodies it fits perfect I like room so I would try next size up.

Q: Are the arms fleece lined too?

No the sleeves have a smooth polyester lining but there is a insulation layer between the outer shell and lining. So lovely and warm with ease to putting the coat on and off.
