Bought this safe for Christmas, and so far we’re very happy with the purchase. We initially had some questions about bolting it to the wall, but the company was very responsive and helped walk us through the process. As a matter of fact, the company was so responsive as to get an answer back within 5 minutes every time, along with videos & step by step instructions. As for the safe, it’s beautiful inside & out! The fingerprint sensor works great. It’s super fast and the auto-open is a really nice feature, as is the numeric touch screen. Also nice to have so many backup opening devices like the battery pack and fail-safe key in case the batteries die. The auto-close works just as well, so you’re never in doubt as to whether you left the safe unlocked. One other nice thing I discovered while bolting it in, is an anti theft alarm that goes off whenever the safe is moved. It’s not super loud, but it’s easily loud enough to hear from another room & trigger a security cam alert. All in all it’s a great safe… the only sad part is that it will most likely be nicer than anything I ever put in it. 😂

Very nice, works well. The manual was helpful for setup. Most importantly - I was able to put a Bluetooth tracker (chipolo) inside and it is able to send/receive. So this is a not a total faraday cage, I'm able to track the safe if it was stolen via Bluetooth. Other radio frequencies and GPS not tested.

Bought this safe during Amazon Prime Day. First thing I noticed is that the box was damaged, after opening I saw that the safe was chipped, not a huge deal. Then after getting 8 new batteries, 4 of which I could not get back because the case was jammed. There was debris within the safe, the safe door hinges were not aligned, could not shut unless you physically pulled the door up and slammed shut. Then could not reopen the safe without the emergency key and pulling hard. Was unable to retrieve my batteries and gave up and prepared for this to be returned. Disappointed that I lost my batteries, and that I have to deal with returning this large safe. Also I missed out on the opportunity for Prime Day Savings. Size of the safe was good, if people were considering a safe this size. Looks can be deceiving, looked good (aside from the chip) but if you had the door open and nothing in the safe it fell forward. Overall, cheap Chinese design. Would not recommend.

I bought this over a year ago or so and it’s still working without the need for new batteries. Love that you can use fingerprint, code or keys. Enough space for a few essentials but I wish it was just a tag bigger so I can fit my accordion folder with all my important paperwork in there.

Nicely finished and looks sleek and modern. It will keep the average thief that is looking for a quick opportunity to grab something from your house, but not a thief that has the time or hand tools to work on it. I find the fingerprint opening is not always reliable and could take several attempts to open. The numbers pad works without flaw. The alarm is a joke and doesn’t even wake up my dog. Overall, if your looking for a bookshelf safe to hold things you don’t want the maid or repairman to snatch up then this works well. Don’t forget to bolt it down, or it can easily be picked up and taken. If you don’t care what it looks like, then you can save some money and get a cheaper one that has the same level of protection, but I like it for what it does.

We ended up purchasing two of these biometric safe to store medicine and other items to prevent our kids from having access to them. They work great. The memory capacity for numerous fingerprints means my wife and I both have multiple ways to access them, which is really helpful. Plenty of room for anything you want to keep safe inside. The only downside is that the vibration sensitivity is off the charts. The tamper alarm goes off all the time if we so much as bump into the desk or if the dog starts barking nearby. Even with that, 10/10 product, would buy again.

Cute looking safe, if you're into that sort of thing. I kindof am, since I knew the safe would be sitting on one of the many white shelves in my little restaurant. The size, perfect for my needs. Big enough to store three or four bank bags and some extra bills and change. I literally measured my shelf to make sure it fit. The weight. Well, it's not super heavy but feels relatively solid. I wasn't looking for indestructible. I don't leave a lot of money at work and I have an alarm. The safe was just supposed to add a little protection. I suppose if someone was brave enough to break a plate glass window to get to the chump change in my safe, so be it. It's got some nice felt on the inside and a light that also comes in handy, as well as a glass shelf. All that, fine. But here's where we go off the rails. The touch pad, super finicky. I had a devil of a time trying to get the fingerprint reader to work. That was an epic fail. No matter, since some reviewers said it sucked anyway. Moving on. And now to imput that PIN. Oh, it can take up to 20 PINs? Yeah, I'll settle for just one. It took a while, but I got one to work. Thankfully, there are two keys. So we'll just rely on the old school method of unlocking. The paint job. Others have remarked on its thinness. Yup, it's delicate as hell. The safe came packaged very well. Regardless, mine arrived with a couple of nicks right out of the box. No matter, cos I needed it straigh away. So I ignored them. Fast forward a month and I've got even more. And I'm not a rough handling kind of guy. The safe gets opened before we open and when we close the restaurant, either by me or my partner. But the paint is not hardy at all. Also, the magnetized little plastic thingy that is supposed to hide the keyhole at the bottom of the black, circular keypad came all bent or half-magnetized or whatever. It sticks out when placed in it's proper position. No matter, we don't need to cover up the keyhole since we're using the keys everyday. But I guess you can chuck that up bad quality control. Overall, there HAVE to be better options out there for you guys. I can't really recommend this safe with all of the issues I dealt with right out of the box.

Absolutely love this safe. I have tried many safes in the past and none were durable and spacious as this one. The set up was easy and fits almost everywhere. The fingerprint is great(keeps the little ones out once they start remembering numbers). Plan to buy another one soon!!!
