Those rubber pet hair removers don't hold a candle to this.To set the stage here, I have two dogs, one with a long coat, one medium. And I have hair approximately 2 feet long. To put it mildly, we shed. A lot. Imagine a lot and then triple it. Tumbleweeds of hair blow through my house when you turn on the ceiling fans. So yeah, it is safe to say I'm an expert.I pulled out all the stops and tested its sturdiness on an 8x10 rug. It removed ALL the hair the vacuum left behind in less than a half an hour, it was so easy. I cannot wait to go see what it does for my couch.If you are someone who goes to the house of a person with a dog that sheds, if you own a dog that sheds, if you shed, if you just like to go to the dog park and visit other people's dogs, and yeah of course I'm sure if you have a cat this would be fun too. But all y'all need this thing. It's so cheap. Buy it. Buy it for people you love. Hell buy it for that co-worker who comes in covered in cat hair everyday. You won't regret it.

Is no joke, it cleared my cargo space in my SUV from thick dog hair in under five minutes from 3 German Shepherds! This would have taken me at least 45 minutes with the shop vac and still wouldn’t have left it looking as good as it does. This is a must have tool for people with pets. Five stars out of five stars highly recommended.

4* because this tool should never be used on upholstery or bedding. That said, it removes and incredible about of pet fur from carpet that even the best vacuums missed. I wish this company made a larger one with a broom type handle

Everyone deserves to be excited about something and today it is this dog hair remover tool. I have a golden retriever and his hair was all over my Jeep and I can vacuum for and hour and the hair won’t come up. This tool worked miracles. Then I did the carpet in my bedroom and saw how much hair was hiding in there. Seriously, buy it.

Not made for all fabrics. Snags fabrics that aren't smooth. Works good on carpet.

After vacuuming an area rug, I used the uproot pet hair cleaner on it. It picked up a good size pile of probably a mixture of pet hair, human hair and a lot of dust. Works great.

Works really well on sturdy upholstery and low rugs. It did not work well on my bathroom rugs. It did ok on my black tshirt, and although the video says you can use it on sweaters and more delicate items, I would be careful. All in all, it’s a good value for the price, light weight and doesn’t take a lot of room in my cleaning drawer.
