My parants had been owning this since 1990..but never used it properly, they had been using other orthodox methods. I tried twice in the Last few days, and the results were great..!Tips:Sieve everything that you add to the dough, like cumin, ajwain etc, so as not to block the holes in the jaalis..Even a thick consistency dough will go through easily if sieved properly..Check youtube as.."namkeen maker plastic machine"..

not so sturdy. it's best not to use plastic. but if you're new go ahead and try. then change to metal.
