Bought this for my husband who suffers from back tension. This a really relaxing and comforting heated massage pillow. Love the idea it is wireless so you can use it anywhere, and not restricted by sitting next to a plug socket.

rolling balls are a bit big and not that comfortable in a lot of positions would be better smaller and deeper in cusion

It's a beautifully designed product with good quality cushion. Bought it due to its wireless versatility but works for only 30mins. Still OK but when I used it plugged in, it would stop again and again for no reason. It was turning on again by pressing the button but stopped repeatedly. Returning it.
