I was 51 years old when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and severe hypothyroidism in 2021. I am a big proponent of figuring out what's wrong with your body and then studying to find a way to heal it outside of conventional medicine. After I was able to heal my thyroid and reverse the Hashimoto's, I felt immensely better, but the brain fog that was induced by the hypothyroidism did not clear as much as it needed to for me to feel like myself again. Within a month I became myself again. I started being able to easily compute problems and situation, I could remember ALL the words that had slipped away from me in the brain fog I'd had for so long. I could again complete crossword puzzles and beat my husband at the word games we loved to play, which I hadn't been able to do for over a couple of years. The most amazing thing was that a little over a year ago at the age of 55. I started a new job. I do medical billing for 21 different doctors and hundreds of patients. It can be really challenging to remember all of the details and specifics for a job like this, along with so many practitioners and insurance companies. Helps me sleep more peacefully and fall back to sleep when I do wake up. That said, if I take it during the day it doesn't make me sleepy. Not sure yet if it's helping in other ways.

I believe this is probably one of the best lion’s mane extracts out there but, the price is to much so I’m going to try some others made in USA. That match the ingredients and process.

I have tried many different products containing lion's mane, but this is my first go at an extract. I had no expectations for what I might experience while supplementing with this product, since I "knew" what to expect. I mean, I have tried many other products containing Lion's Mane. All I can say is that this product from Naturealm is unlike any other, and that I truly believe it has the power to heal mental blocks. If you are ready for that, then I strongly recommend giving this product a shot.

I really enjoy this product but recently they keep sending me bottles that are about to expire

I have tried other Lion's Mane tinctures and they were pretty good. They helped me but I didn't notice improvement until after 3 or 4 days. With Naturealm, I felt noticeable change the first day. I used the recommended serving size of 2 droppers into a large glass of water.

Arrived as described. Too early on to mention efficacy.
