This cream is great for recovering Muscles and the pleasant warmth you get feels great too. Pleased with this and a little goes a long way, takes about 2minutes before you feel the substantial warmth which usually lasts about 20 minutes but the recovery is still working.

Excellent warm up gel
Had to give this 5 stars! Very impressed. Tube says balm but it is more of a gel like consistency. A little goes a long way, it has a really pleasant smell which isn't overpowering at all. So definitely not like equivalents such as Deep Heat or Tiger Balm in that sense. The warmth given is superb and lasts long enough for a game of hockey, football, bike ride etc.

Good product. Helps the muscles warm up nicely with a good feeling. Have been using it for weeks on my thigh muscles just starting football session after knee surgery again.

As a keen cyclist for a long time I've used all sorts of warm up gels & oils over the years, so I know they have varying effect but this did absolutely nothing. Literally nothing at all. I doubt it does anything as a recovery gel either. Amazon return started and I'll get something else.

Muy efectivo para calentar los músculos sin hacer calentamiento; cuando te lo echas tarda unos minutos en actuar pero luego se siente mucho calor en las piernas.
