I take one a day along with supplements and I always feel good.

I can't vouch for the taste, since it's in a capsule but I like the quality. I do like to support small businesses when I can and this is one of them, out of CA. There were so many to choose from on Amazon and I randomly picked this. I don't know what the shelf-life of royal jelly is but I know, since they freeze-dried it, it's going to prolong it.
