I purchased as backorder and had to wait several weeks, but it finally arrived and used it the other day and was really impressed with the quality of the tool. It is well balanced and has adequate power. It is also pretty quiet even compared to my corded polisher. I would recommend this as a good polisher with no worries of scratching your car with the cord. Update for November 2022… I replaced the grease with a white lithium grease and the tool is probably 1/2 as noisy as the original! I was noticing there was quite a bit of noise and gear grinding after last using it, so I removed the cheap factory grease. I had an open tube of white lithium and a sealed synthetic grease, but decided to use the white lithium. It was relatively easy as it has 4 small screws to remove the counterweight and an additional 4 small screws to remove the housing which allowed me to remove the planetary great assembly. It would have been much easier, but one of the screw heads stripped and I had to grind a slot to use a flat head screw driver. Don’t hesitate to replace the grease as it will make this wonderful tool last much longer.
