Would this fit a premature baby my son is 3 pounds?

Yes this outfit will fit a 3 pound baby but it may be a little big.

Would this got an 11lbs 21 inches long baby?

My baby was born at 9lbs 2oz and 22.75” long and he wore this at 2 weeks old. The pants were a little short, but that was ok. The suspenders were short for his body and the pants pretty tight, but it worked ok for the photos. The hat fit great. I don’t think these would fit an 11lb baby based on how they fit my 9lb baby.
