Is the battery already fitted or do you need to do yourself

This doorbell plugs into a standard mains socket, so does not need a battery.

My item is broken after a month of use. The door bell appears to be the problem. Please can you send me a replacement?

Not sure this is a question for customers to answer very surprised to "hear" it would break try cleaning battery contacts and make sure the battery is inserted the right way around. Best of luck.
