Nice ladder
They always said I could reach for the stars, but never told me I'd need a ladder. While at 20 ft, it's pretty tall, I should have ordered a longer. The stars are pretty far away. Overall works great for hanging Christmas lights washing windows, and changing fire alarms battery at 3am

Feels a little too unsafe when extended far, but great for most of my uses.
Personally, I'd recommend not extending the top 3 bars; then you'll probably be good to go. It's held up so far (luckily for my legs & back); but when going beyond 9ft., you can certainly begin to feel a wobble & bend in the ladder. I am 270lbs so that certainly isn't helping, but I've found that if you only use the bottom steps & just don't even extend the top few, it really helps with stability.

Clever, but not good
The design of the ladder allows it to be light weight and space efficient. It flexes a lot as you climb and it feels super unstable on the higher rungs.

Great ladder though it does wobble
Great ladder very light, easy to carry, compact so it will store almost anywhere. My only issue is it does wobble when extended and you are climbing up it. I worked through the wobble but it it something to consider before purchasing. Other than the wobble its a great product!

Not safe
Under engineered. Ladder is not safe when fully extended. When not fully extended the transition from 1st to 2nd step is way too large. I’m 6’2” and it was an uncomfortably large step. I don’t want this ladder, if seller takes it back with full refund I will remove this review.
