I have sensitive, acne prone skin at age 46. I use adapalene for my acne and it drys my skin out to the point it's flaky. I started using this a week ago and noticed a difference overnight. It is hydrating and makes my skin feel smooth. I use a cotton ball to apply it. It takes a couple of minutes to complete dry due to the hydrating effect. It can feel sticky until dry. Once dry. It has not caused any additional breakouts, which makes me very very happy! I apply my daily face moisturizer and am good to go. This toner is fantastic and I will continue buying. Just remember to be patient and let it dry.

This toner is a dream for my dry and super sensitive skin! It feels so gentle and hydrating, not at all harsh or stripping like so many others I've tried.
