Extremely poor product, I got these wheels fitted in a wooden box (of 1X1ft size), and 3 out of 4 wheels got shattered within 10 days of delivery.The seller sends a leaflet with the product to contact them directly if there is any problem with the product. Which is the wrong way, one will get the solution, but many others will be trapped by looking at customer ratings.I also contacted the seller but till date no response has been received. Which simply means that>>keep the customer engaged for a few days, take positive feedback, keep selling the rubbish to the simple/innocent people.Amazon should do its quality testing before listing, so that it can prevent substandard goods from reaching the customers, and no seller can cheat the customers.

I have used it for my ups. As my ups is approx 12kg and the capacity of 4wheels is 8kg mentioned in description so i used 8 of them so that it can bear the weight. Good product it has been almost 3months and no issues.
